Where we deliver

We currently deliver to all UK and Ireland addresses, except Post Office (PO) boxes or shipping agent addresses. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered if different from your billing address. We plan to expand our overseas delivery options in the near future. In the meantime, we can consider overseas orders with a value over £150. Please Contact Us for a quote. 

Delivery Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses. Addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles incur a slight surcharge. For quicker delivery, we offer an option to upgrade to a faster service. Delivery charges are available to view in your ‘Shopping Basket’, before you submit your order.

Delivery Methods

To allow us to provide free standard delivery we use a variety of couriers, depending on the size/weight of your item/s. This may mean that your order arrives in more than one parcel.

Processing and Delivery Times

You can see an indication of the delivery time at the ‘Checkout’. Free standard delivery is 3-5 working days. We aim to process orders within 1 working day. Please remember to add processing time to the delivery time to calculate your item’s delivery due date (eg. 1 day plus 3-5 days standard delivery = up to 6 working days). Kindly note, working days do not include weekends and bank holidays. We make our best efforts to ensure delivery by the due date. However, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly from failure to meet an estimated delivery date. Sometimes events beyond our control happen. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. For example, strikes or weather events.

Returning an order

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can do so within 30 calendar days from when you received it. To make a return: Please email us within the 30 days, explaining the reason for return. Re-package the item/s and send them to us at:

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Please keep your proof of return. Any returned item/s (and accompanying goods or accessories) must be in a resaleable state. A cautionary note: Please do not tape or stick labels onto directly on to shoe boxes as these deface the box when removed. We reserve the right to make a reduction to the refund for any item/s and packaging which are not returned in a resaleable condition. Exchanges: Sorry we do not offer order exchanges, please return your item for refund and place a new order.

Faulty Goods:

We will consider any complaint for faulty or defective goods within 6 months of date of purchase. To instigate a complaint, please email us at info@surestepfootwear.co.uk with your concern. Include any supporting evidence such as photographs. Upon receipt, the fault will be fully investigated. If it is considered to be a manufacturing defect, a full refund including return postage will be made. We cannot refund defects caused by misuse, abuse or general wear and tear due to normal use in harsh working environments. The item descriptions on our website can help you to determine if the product is suitable for the intended working environment. To assist with returns, please keep your proof of purchase. Our returns policy does not affect your Statutory rights.
